Dare to Rebuild
Dare to Rebuild is a 10-week curriculum that is used to equip individuals who have experienced trauma and/or adverse experiences to live a healed, hope-filled life. Dare to Rebuild is divided into three sections, with participants exploring the following concepts:
Where I’ve Been—Participants explore their stories and prior experiences. The effects of trauma and/or adverse experiences on the brain is also discussed.
Where I Am—Participants explore areas of self-awareness as well as concepts of strengths and emotional intelligence. Although all emotions are discussed, two are addressed in detail: anger and grief.
Where I’m Going—Participants explore goal setting and development related to adopting healthy patterns and habits as well as potential obstacles and areas of connection and communication.
